The Opportunity
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Business Partner to provide comprehensive support to our leadership and department teams. This individual will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency by managing daily administrative activities, coordinating internal processes, and enabling seamless communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and appointments across multiple stakeholders.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal communications, correspondence, and inquiries.

Prepare, proof, and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents.

Track budgets, manage expense reports, and support procurement or vendor management as needed.

Maintain accurate and organized records, databases, and documentation systems.

Assist in planning and executing department meetings, events, and initiatives.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance efficiency.

Provide general administrative and operational support to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Who You Are

5–10 years of experience in administrative, executive support, or operations roles.

Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of initiative and ownership.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficient in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant business systems.

Able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Team-oriented with a positive attitude and service mindset.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Background in healthcare, life sciences, or project management.

Experience supporting leadership teams or working in a matrixed corporate environment.

Familiarity with budgeting tools, procurement systems, or compliance processes.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $27.00 and $34.00
