The Opportunity
 We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Business Partner to provide comprehensive support to our leadership and department teams. This individual will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency by managing daily administrative activities, coordinating internal processes, and enabling seamless communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
-  Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and appointments across multiple stakeholders. 
-  Serve as the primary point of contact for internal communications, correspondence, and inquiries. 
-  Prepare, proof, and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents. 
-  Track budgets, manage expense reports, and support procurement or vendor management as needed. 
-  Maintain accurate and organized records, databases, and documentation systems. 
-  Assist in planning and executing department meetings, events, and initiatives. 
-  Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance efficiency. 
-  Provide general administrative and operational support to leadership and cross-functional teams. 
Who You Are
-  5–10 years of experience in administrative, executive support, or operations roles. 
-  Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of initiative and ownership. 
-  Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 
-  Proficient in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant business systems. 
-  Able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. 
-  Team-oriented with a positive attitude and service mindset. 
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
-  Background in healthcare, life sciences, or project management. 
-  Experience supporting leadership teams or working in a matrixed corporate environment. 
-  Familiarity with budgeting tools, procurement systems, or compliance processes.
