Our client is a Global leader in the Telecom Installation services industry. They have grown to be a large industrial technology enterprise, delivering energy storage systems and solutions to customers across a wide range of industries and applications. We are looking to hire a Telecom Administrative Specialist to work out of their Moncton, New Brunswick office. The initial contract is for 6 months, with strong potential to go perm with the client after 6 months. This is based on strong performance and available head count with client. If a candidate prefers to remain on contract for longer term, this will not be an issue with the client.
The role:
- Creating Quotes and invoices
- Creating and updating trackers for projects
- Creating and Submitting NCT Network Change Tickets (Remedy)
- Creating and submitting invoices and Purchase Orders
- tracking budgets for projects
- Weekly invoicing meeting
- Meet weekly with field technicians to review current project and status
- Booking Hotels
- Booking Vehicle appointments, Maintenance tracking
- Safety Meetings, Minutes tracking, Training tracking/scheduling
- Hours are 40 per week and Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with option for extra hours from time to time based on workload.
