DESCRIPTION:
The Agile Lead helps the squad to communicate, solve problems, and deliver on the squad goals. It is their role to teach Agile practices, remove impediments, and mediate dependencies. The Agile
Lead is a personal coach for squad members and builds cohesion in the squad. The Agile Lead works closely with the Squad Lead to manage stakeholders across the organization.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
? Guide the squad and organization on Agile practices and methodologies
? Oversee the Agile process and coach the squad; facilitate transparency and adaptation to deliver impact
? Lead key squad ceremonies (e.g., daily standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Kick-off, result readout, and squad retro) in a way that
ensures full squad engagement
Unblocks barriers for squad
? Coach squad members to remove impediments (e.g., logistical challenges, vendor dependencies)
? Foster close cooperation across all squad members, encourage cross-training and supporting each other
? Facilitate communication and collaboration inside and outside the squad
Enables growth within the squad and organization
? Foster self-organization and growth within the squad; push the squad when necessary
? Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of punishment
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$60.00 and CA$100.00
