  • Partner with Agile Coaches, Practice Leaders, and Delivery Leaders to interpret data, identify systemic bottlenecks, and shape improvement initiatives.
  • Track adoption and maturity of agile practices (e.g., backlog refinement, sprint goals, retrospectives) and provide feedback grounded in data.
  • Contribute to the evolution of enterprise-level agile standards, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Support Communities of Practice with data, insights, and measurement frameworks.
  • Research industry benchmarks, AI adoption trends, and agile performance practices to inform continuous improvement.

Practice & Capability Enablement

  • Support practice leaders in using performance insights to guide coaching strategies and enable continuous improvement across squads.
  • Track and report practice-level OKRs, ensuring alignment to organizational goals and business value.
  • Develop case studies and learning materials that highlight measurable improvements, success stories, and lessons learned.
  • Build measurement literacy within the organization, helping teams and leaders understand and act on agile performance data.

Change & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor adoption of new tools and practices, providing feedback to the Director and leadership team.
  • Collaborate on innovation pilots to measure outcomes, assess effectiveness, and scale learnings
  • Champion a culture of transparency, continuous learning, and  data-driven decision-making across the practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in agile performance measurement, delivery excellence, or related analytics roles.
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and agile metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with agile tooling (Jira, Jira Align, Delivery Central, Rally, Miro, or similar).
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills (Excel, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Growth mindset with curiosity for new tools, practices, and emerging trends (e.g., GenAI in shaping agile measurement and delivery).
