Job Title: Agile Scrum Lead

Position Overview
Our client is seeking an Agile Scrum Lead to support Data & Analytics product teams by enabling efficient Agile delivery practices. The role focuses on facilitating team cadence, improving backlog readiness, and driving continuous improvement across multiple teams.
Qualifications

Mandatory: Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

Proven Agile/Scrum facilitation experience.

Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog and sprint tracking.

Ability to support multiple teams simultaneously.

Desired: Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM I or equivalent).

Advanced Agile certifications (PSM II, SAFe, PMI-ACP).

Experience with Azure-based analytics platforms such as Data Lake, Synapse, Power BI, or Databricks.

Experience supporting Data & Analytics or BI teams.
Job Description

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum best practices.

Support Product Owners in backlog creation and prioritization.

Ensure teams are prepared for sprints with clear, achievable goals.

Track and communicate delivery progress, risks, and blockers.

Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.

Coordinate across multiple teams to manage dependencies and alignment.

Provide visibility into team performance metrics such as velocity and capacity.
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$75.00 and CA$100.00
