Job Title: AI Project Manager
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead multiple technology initiatives, focusing on Generative AI, Copilot, and Power Platform integrations. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams—including Asset Integrity, Asset Management, and Gas Control—while working closely with IT. Candidates with pipeline industry experience and project management certifications are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage AI-driven technology projects from initiation to completion.

Oversee Generative AI projects, Copilot, and Power Platform integrations.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.

Develop project plans, manage schedules, and mitigate risks.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Drive continuous improvement in business processes and systems.

Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

10+ years in IT project management.

Proven expertise in Generative AI and Power Platform integrations.

Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Programming and database management experience is a plus.

Pipeline industry experience and Project Management certifications are highly desirable.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $95.00 and $105.00
