Job Title: Analyst – Operational Risk and Resilience
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Estimated Duration: 6 months
Our banking client is looking for a junior to intermediate Analyst to help with Operational Risk and Resilience within their Capital Markets trading desk. This role will require good understanding of a front to back office trading workflow along with prior banking industry experience.
The day to day of the role will be heavily centered around compliance monitoring and testing to ensure processes and workflows are operating properly as per the regulatory requirements that the banks are governed by.
Below is a breakdown of the type of candidate we are looking for:
Experience:
- College Grad
- Financial services experience (3 – 5+ years)
- Capital Markets experience preferred
- Experience with, and ability to follow, stated procedures/process flows
- Analytical –
- can interpret information and results in a logical manner
- Has experience with both data and documentation (reviewing and analyzing)

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$35.00 and CA$50.00
