Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to join our Dallas studio. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about design and project execution, and who desires to contribute to our mission of creating impactful experiences. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in guiding projects from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with our studio’s vision and values.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Collaborate with a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.
  • Coordination: Oversee the coordination of project teams, including architects, designers, and contractors, to ensure all aspects of the project align seamlessly.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports, to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address potential challenges or roadblocks in project execution, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all design and construction outputs meet the highest standards of quality and align with the studio’s aesthetic and functional goals.
  • Mentorship: Support junior team members through guidance and mentorship, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in architecture or design.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of architectural processes, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $45.00 and $55.00
