Position Title: Automation Test Lead
Location: Scarborough, ON (Hybrid)

Business group: Global Cash Management Technology
Contributes to the overall success of the Payments & Core Banking Engineering globally, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
Real Time Rail program: APIs to be upgraded to go to real-time settlement.

Finally, the intern can expect to learn about mission-critical payment and cash management services within the bank, how they are engineered, and get a peek into the future of cash management and payments within client, Canada, and across the world!
Typical Day in Role:
- Lead the development and maintenance of automated test suites.
- Debug and test automation codebase, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Document and test new software applications, providing detailed reports.
- Research, investigate, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and mentor junior team members.
- Approach and solve high-level problems with strategic solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and drive innovation within the team.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- 5-8 years of experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
- 3-5 years of experience with Selenium, Robot, Postman, and related tools.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Payment domain knowledge

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related area.
Best VS. Average Candidate:
An ideal candidate is someone with leadership skills who takes initiative as the main automation lead for the RTR program. Some with an automation background and Java.
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$57.00 and CA$67.00
