SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
Description:
The Banking Specialist III promotes strong and lasting Customer relationships in a product implementation environment by providing quality Customer service in an efficient and highly professional manner. Achieves a high level of success by understanding Customer needs and identifying opportunities to grow the business. Provides exceptional Customer service by meeting all Customer demands as they relate to a range of issues varying in complexity, with low to moderate support of more experienced personnel.
Displays positive, professional tone, exhibit empathy when required, deliver key attributes and provide a WOW! experience for the Customer.
- Takes ownership of Customer concerns and resolve Customer issues at first point of contact.
- Ensures necessary due diligence is taken to support the accuracy of all Customer transactions
- Arrives on-time and log-in ready to receive/make Customer calls as scheduled throughout the shift.
- Must be well organized and able to handle many implementations at once.
MUST HAVE:
- Excel
- Outlook
- Banking experience
- 5+ years Customer service experience
- Strong written communication- ability to write professional emails
SOFT SKILLS :
- Able to work independently
- Critical thinking
NICE TO HAVE:
- Notepad
- Salesforce
- Previous fraud experience
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $18.00 and $24.00
