Tools/Skillset:

Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis, focusing on technology transitions and system implementations.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors in technology-related projects.
- Strong background in documenting, analyzing, and improving business processes.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with business analysis tools, process modeling, and project management software.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems integration, and technology operations.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and data analysis.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Role Profile Description:
Collaborate with Internal Technology Groups:
- Act as a key liaison between technology teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions of systems and processes.
- Facilitate communication across various teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Review and Analyze Business and Technology Processes:
- Conduct in-depth reviews of existing business workflows and technology processes to identify inefficiencies.
- Propose solutions to optimize systems and improve business performance.
Define Transition Requirements and Timelines:
- Gather and document detailed business and system requirements for technology transitions.
- Create clear transition plans, outlining scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed.
Assist in Developing Business Cases:
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to analyze data and create business cases for technology transitions.
- Present recommendations to senior management, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments.
Project Support:
- Support project management efforts by tracking progress, managing documentation, and ensuring business requirements are met.
- Coordinate resources and provide updates on project status to stakeholders.
Risk Management:
- Identify risks related to business and technology transitions and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure potential risks are documented and communicated effectively to stakeholders.
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$70.00 and CA$85.00
