Location: Winnipeg, MB (Remote)

Responsibilities:
- Defines and documents business or program area functions and processes
- Acts as a main point of contact, providing accurate information and responding to inquires
- Consults business subject matter experts to identify, define and document business requirements and objectives
- Acts as a liaison between departmental end-users, consultants and project teams
- Conducts ongoing research, investigation and analysis, including data collection
- Participates in the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and practices by providing guidance and advice through sound knowledge and expertise
- Prepares clear, concise reports and presentations outlining findings and recommendations
- Tracks and fully documents changes for functional and business specifications
- Identifies opportunities for improving business processes through the use of technology and/or through business process changes
- Assists in the preparation of submissions to support new projects, enhancements and changes in processes
- Consolidates information into cohesive and understandable correspondence or other written form for use in management decision-making
- Directs or participates in studies of new and existing programs and special projects to determine feasibility, resolve problems including organizational, procedural, technical and fiscal research and analysis
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 (five) years of business analysis experience
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills, and effectively handle sensitive discussions with tract and diplomacy
- Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
- Demonstrated research, initiative, planning, organization, analytical and problem solving-skills.
- Ability to display tact, diplomacy, and good judgement to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to collaborate and influence effectively
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple demands and adapt to organizational change.
- Ability to work independently and make a positive contribution with a team environment
- Document requirements in appropriate formats
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$60.00 and CA$65.00
