Business group: GTEP – EUC Engineering
We provide standard tools, technical resources, and advisory services in order to maintain the enterprise computing end point environment.
Projects: Member of the Windows 11 Global upgrade Project

Candidate Value Proposition:
Contributes to the overall success of the GTEP EUC Engineering team in Canada and globally ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the project team’s strategies, objectives and deliverables. Ensures all activities conducted comply with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
Typical Day in Role:
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization, including application owners and/or project stakeholders
- Management of Windows 11 upgrade planning, tracking, and reporting of global status/progress.
- Understands how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
- Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas in accordance with client’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.
- Champions a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- Previous experience in either leading or contributing to large-scale global technical projects.
- 8-10 years of experience in MS Office
- Knowledge using various reporting and data visualization tools to instill metric driven priorities and report on status/progress.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Spanish language fluency is an asset.
- Some knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and IT processes
- Exposure to Power BI
Soft Skills Required:
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to interact with various departments up to Director level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Should be detail oriented.
Education & Certificates:
- Business analyst certifications or Project management certifications.
Best VS. Average Candidate:
Should meet the must have skills and speaks Spanish.
Interview schedule:
1st round – Teams – 45 mins – HM + Panel (Intro + Technical)
May have a second round.
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$50.00 and CA$60.00
