About the role
Work with senior stakeholders to define high level business requirements and prepare business cases;

Recommend technology directions;

Translate business requirements into comprehensive, complete and accurate functional and technical specifications;

Define and recommend system solutions to meet business goals;

Develop and document business rules, interface specifications, and conceptual designs;

Act as a liaison between business users and software developers;
-
Lead design reviews and other meetings;
-
Facilitate tests such as user acceptance testing;
-
Write user manuals, functional specifications and other project-related documentation;

Prepare training materials, and deliver end-user training;
-
Mentor junior staff.
Does this sound like you?

At least 4 years of experience as a technical business analyst;

Experience in treasury or capital markets;
-
Result-driven and flexible;
-
Ability to enjoy variety in your work;

Desire to work in an environment that values your contributions;

Good communication skills.
Language skills:
- English: Proficient
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$110,000 and CA$150,000
