Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Revenue Operations to lead the integration, administration, and optimization of our financial and go-to-market systems, with a primary focus on NetSuite ERP and Power BI. This is a newly created role designed to strengthen the connection between Finance, Sales, and Operations by improving data integrity, automating workflows, and enhancing reporting capabilities across the revenue lifecycle.
This role will play a critical part in supporting forecasting, financial close processes, corporate reporting, and ongoing application improvements. You will work cross-functionally to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs, while providing ongoing training and support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP system and other operational applications, including Power BI.
• Lead NetSuite application development, including customizations, workflows, scripts (SuiteScript), integrations, dashboards, and role-based configurations.
• Optimize and automate workflows related to month-end and year-end close, as well as pipeline and revenue reporting.
• Assist in the development of corporate financial reporting packages, revenue dashboards, and budgeting templates.
• Document business processes, stakeholder requirements, and testing methodologies for system changes or new implementations.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure effective and consistent system utilization.
• Collaborate with internal teams on cross-functional business systems projects, including testing, implementation, and issue resolution.
• Manage the intake and prioritization of system-related requests, ensuring adherence to defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Recommend and implement process improvements based on business and system usage insights.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in business applications or financial/revenue systems support, ideally within mid-sized to enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite administration and development, including saved searches, custom records, workflows, dashboards, SuiteScript, integrations, and user roles/permissions.
• Proficiency with Power BI for data visualization, dashboard creation, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial and go-to-market processes, including general ledger, forecasting, pipeline, and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable solutions.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with NetSuite integrations using APIs, middleware, or third-party tools.
• Background in accounting, finance, or sales operations.
• Exposure to additional platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SharePoint, SDP or equivalent).
• Experience working in a managed services or consulting environment.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$100,000 and CA$130,000
