Job Title: Business Systems Analyst V
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Estimated Duration: 12 Months

Description:
This role is a BSA Consultant role that entails the following requirements:
– Assigned to the Product Family to help with documenting strategies and outcomes for broader alignment with external shareholders. Also provide coaching to EPTL and PGTLs to hone these skills. They will also be assigned to the weekly Senior Executive Team updates and other external communication initiatives.
– Communicating technology in a simple way, articulating value to business partners and sr. executives, and the ability to craft a compelling message.
– Support Technology leads in their messaging

Support the leaders on – breaking down the technologic aspects – simple language
Help them understand – challenging them giving them recommendations- who understands the BSA role
Tech background
Guide and coach the executives
Know the BSA world
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

  • BSA background – 10 years
  • Consulting experience – 5 years
  • Presentation skills
  • Great communication
  • Stakeholders management – 8yrs
  • Jira/ confluence Yes/no

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Attention to details

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Knowledge in Scaled agile
  • Copilot
  • FI industry knowledge       

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$91.00 and CA$101.00
