Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
- Expert analyzing and reconciling large datasets,
- investigations to drive business requirements, decisions, and solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery
- Collaborate with business lines to analyze current state and gather, analyze, and document requirements related to ALM, liquidity management, FTP, and SIRR.
- Lead requirements workshops and create artifacts such as data flow diagrams, process models, and message mapping documents.
- Assist in testing efforts through scenario definition, defect triage, and requirements traceability.
- Implement QRM platform by understanding the business objectives of Treasury pillars and ensure it aligns with business needs and objectives.
- Support the implementation of QRM-related initiatives, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Utilize your deep understanding of QRM to address complex business challenges.
- Author user stories and acceptance criteria using JIRA and Confluence.
- Develop and maintain data lineage, catalogs, and control documentation to ensure transparency, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Create data and process flows using Visio, Confluence, and similar tools.
- Utilize SQL for analysis across large datasets and demonstrate understanding of big-data concepts.
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
- Diagraming skills
- Intimate use of AI
- Proven ability to translate business rules into technology requirements and maintain traceability.
- Strong experience with SQL and data analysis across large datasets.
- Hands-on expertise in data integration, testing methodologies, and process documentation.
- Proficiency in creating data/process flow diagrams and maintaining governance artifacts.
- Solid understanding of financial products, balance sheet and interest rate risk management principles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of API’s, databases, and cloud
- Experience implementing Treasury Platform as an ALM, Liquidity Management, Stress Testing or Forecasting tool – consulting, deployment, implementation, and support.

- Experience with QRM or ALM vendor solutions
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$81.00 and CA$91.00
