Title: CAD Lead

Overview:

JLL is seeking a highly skilled CAD Lead to work onsite in the DC Metro Area or Huntsville, AL, supporting a federal agency. This role requires Top Security Clearance (TSC) and a strong background in CAD, leadership, and project management. The selected candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the client’s digital portfolio, building data into the TRIRIGA platform, and applying innovative practices to streamline processes.

Key Details:

  • Location: Onsite in DC Metro Area or Huntsville, AL
  • Clearance Requirement: Current or past Top Security Clearance (TSC) is mandatory
  • Duration: Initial 6-month contract with potential for extension or full-time employment
  • Schedule: 5 days onsite per week

Responsibilities:

  1. CAD Management:
  2. Maintain and manage the client’s digital portfolio using CAD tools.
  3. Ensure accurate area classifications and adhere to industry standards.
  4. Streamline CAD processes and innovate solutions for digital asset management.
  5. Build and integrate building information into the TRIRIGA platform.
  6. Project Management:
  7. Oversee project deliverables and ensure timely completion.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redefine and optimize processes.
  9. Provide leadership and consulting expertise to support team growth and client needs.
  10. Client Relationship Building:
  11. Serve as a trusted advisor to the client, ensuring their needs are met.
  12. Foster collaboration and communication among stakeholders.
  13. Identify opportunities for innovation and add value to the client’s operations.
  14. Compliance and Security:
  15. Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and confidentiality requirements.
  16. Support compliance with federal government standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Extensive CAD expertise, including building information management.
  • Proven experience in leadership and project management (P3 level or equivalent).
  • Background in federal government projects, including navigating top security requirements.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in CAD software and building data platforms such as TRIRIGA.
  • Strong understanding of digital standards, area classifications, and best practices.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Innovation-driven mindset to redefine processes and enhance value.
  • Strong relationship-building and consulting skills.
  • The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $43.00 and $49.00
