Job Title: CCS SAP Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Burnaby, BC (Remote)
Estimated Duration: 12 Months
Job Description/Key Responsibilities:
– Tenant Replication: Configure and manage tenant replication processes between SAP C4C and other SAP systems (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA) to ensure seamless data synchronization and system integrity.
– eFlow Settings: Design, customize, and optimize eFlow settings to support workflow automation and business process efficiency within SAP C4C.
– Mashup Configuration: Develop and maintain mashups to integrate external applications, web services, and data sources into SAP C4C, enhancing front-office capabilities.
– Utilities Process (IS-U): Leverage expertise in SAP IS-U to align C4C configurations with utilities-specific processes such as billing, metering, and customer service.
– CIC0 and Front-Office Processes: Configure and enhance CIC0 (Customer Interaction Center) functionalities and front-office processes to support customer service operations, including case management, ticketing, and interaction tracking.
– Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and design scalable solutions within SAP C4C.
– Technical Configuration: Perform system configuration, ability to troubleshoot custom development (e.g., SDK, PDI) to meet business needs.
– Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP C4C with SAP ERP, IS-U, and third-party systems using middleware (e.g., BTP-IS).
– Testing & Support: Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide post-go-live support to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
– Documentation & Training: Create detailed technical and functional documentation and provide training to end-users and team members.
Qualifications:
SAP CRM Implementation Experience
- Must have worked on at least three full-cycle SAP CRM implementations as a functional consultant in recent years.
- Ideally has techno-functional experience to bridge business and technical teams.
- Must understand configuration, fine-tuning, and feature evolution in SAP C4C.
- Will be working closely with an integration specialist to ensure smooth system functionality and data flow.
SAP CCS & Utilities Experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP CCS (Customer Care and Service).
- Open to candidates with a mix of CCS and billing functions, but preference for those with expertise in SAP IS-U Customer Service. (IS-U is Industry Solution for Utilities)
- Experience working with customer service, case management, metering, and billing processes in SAP.
Experience Level
- At least five years of SAP experience, with a preference for senior-level candidates.
- Must be able to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into SAP solutions.

- Jira, Agile experience
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$70.00 and CA$108.00
