Job Title: Change Management Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Modernization Consultant to transform our change management practices and establish robust governance frameworks across the organization. The Change Practitioner is responsible for coordinating and implementing IT changes while minimizing risk and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation of IT changes
- Assess the risk and impact of proposed changes
- Prepare and maintain change documentation
- Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
- Monitor and report on change success rates and metrics
- Collaborate with other ITSM teams to ensure smooth change execution
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or change management
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Good understanding of change management processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$88.00 and CA$65,000
