As a Change Management Specialist, you’ll sit at the center of planned change, helping teams move work into production thoughtfully, safely, and with clear visibility.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, coordination, and being close to the action — where good judgment and strong communication really matter.
What you’ll spend your time doing
- Coordinating IT changes from planning through execution
- Assessing risk and business impact to support informed decisions
- Preparing clear, complete change documentation
- Participating in Change Advisory Board (CAB) discussions
- Tracking and reporting on change success and outcomes
- Partnering with delivery, operations, and other ITSM teams to keep things moving smoothly
What makes this a great fit
- You have 2+ years experience in IT support or change management
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple inputs
- You communicate clearly and confidently with different stakeholders
- You appreciate process — and know when to apply it pragmatically
- ITIL Foundation is required

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$53,000 and CA$88,000
