Job Title: Change Manager

We are looking for a Senior Change Management Specialist to join the Operational Strategy & Enablement team.
The candidate will be part of an organization that is embracing modern technology, innovation and agile ways of working.? This role is a part of a high-performance program that introduces significant change to user experience, business process, systems and technology. This candidate will drive faster adoption and scale of changes to medium and large projects increasing end user enablement and proficiency. A high level of innovation and creativity grounded in detailed change management principles, best practices, and project management to support people, process and technology changes is required.

What you will do?
- Advocate for change management, end user adoption, methodologies, and practice
- Translate adoption change management (ACM) knowledge into deliverables that will drive projects forward
- Deliver a wide range of communication throughout the org chart to support successful change management
- Facilitates the development and use of performance metrics to define, measure and report on the progress and success of change and impacts to people on projects?
- Organize employees, mobilize, support, and push a change management strategy to completion, supported by business lead(s)/ Leaders
- Collaborate with very strong teams of senior staff, including business SMEs, and leaders
- Plan Change Management activities relating to the Strategic Initiative you are assigned
What you will bring?
- A solid understanding group psychology, focused on how people respond to transition and change – experience with Prosci ADKAR Model or similar change model
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, operations, methodologies, and tools
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal; excellent active listening skills. Ability to facilitate discussions among the team and clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts and confidence leading at all levels of an organization
- Understanding project management skills applicable to change (planning, scheduling, integration of change management principles into overall project plans, tasks, and communications)
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and collaborate with others to facilitate movement toward a common vision or goal
- Provide strong examples to follow, helping employees understand the direction they’re moving in to build buy-in
- The ability to handle changing and competing priorities and the deadlines attached, with the flexibility to pivot as needed
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and identify root cause.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization
- Considered a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications (i.e. MS Office applications)
- Minimum 7 years related experience and involvement in major change projects
