Location: Terrebonne, QC (Hybrid)

En tant que Chargé(e) de projets en infrastructures, au sein de notre équipe engagée, vous participerez à des projets d’envergure, contribuant à façonner le paysage urbain tout en bénéficiant d’un environnement de travail stimulant et d’avantages exceptionnels.

En tant que chargé(e) de projets en infrastructures, la personne aura à :

• Administrer, planifier et coordonner toutes les étapes d’un projet en collaboration avec l’équipe de conception, les clients et les entrepreneurs;
• Superviser les projets dès la phase préliminaire jusqu’à la réalisation finale;
• Concevoir des ouvrages de génie civil tels que routes, réseaux d’égouts, système de drainage pluvial;
• Superviser le travail des ingénieurs juniors, techniciens et dessinateurs, réviser et approuver les travaux de conception, calculs et estimations de coûts;
• Gérer la logistique ainsi que la coordination entre toutes les équipes;
• Garantir une excellente gestion du budget;
• Faire face aux imprévus en lien avec le projet en s’assurant de la planification et de la répartition des tâches des membres de l’équipe.

Compétences recherchées :

• Baccalauréat en génie civil;
• Minimum de cinq (5) ans d'expérience en tant qu'ingénieur(e) membre de l'OIQ, avec sceau;
• Maîtrise du français tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
• Aptitudes et qualités personnelles appropriées, telles qu’une bonne capacité de communication et d’analyse;
• Avoir une bonne capacité de garder son sang-froid malgré les problématiques rencontrées;
• Savoir motiver les différents intervenants dans le projet;
• Avoir un permis de conduire valide et un véhicule à sa disposition;
• La carte ASP Construction;
• Connaissance de la suite AutoCAD (atout).

As an infrastructure project manager, the person will have to:

• Administer, plan and coordinate all stages of a project in collaboration with the design team, clients and contractors;
• Supervise projects from the preliminary phase to final completion;
• Design civil engineering works such as roads, sewer networks, storm drainage systems;
• Supervise the work of junior engineers, technicians and draftsmen, review and approve design work, calculations and cost estimates;
• Manage logistics as well as coordination between all teams;
• Ensure excellent budget management;
• Deal with unforeseen events related to the project by ensuring the planning and distribution of tasks among team members.

Skills sought:

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering;
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an engineer, member of the OIQ, with seal;
• Fluency in French, both spoken and written;
• Appropriate skills and personal qualities, such as good communication and analytical skills;
• Have a good ability to keep one's cool despite the problems encountered;
• Know how to motivate the various stakeholders in the project;
• Have a valid driver's license and a vehicle at your disposal;
• The ASP Construction card;
• Knowledge of the AutoCAD suite (asset).
