Chargé(e) de projet principal senior
Ce que tu feras au quotidien :
–Gestion et coordination des projets
-Planifier, organiser et superviser toutes les phases des projets de construction.
–Établir les échéanciers, assurer leur respect et ajuster au besoin.
-Suivre les budgets prévisionnels et optimiser les coûts de projet.
-Assurer la coordination entre les différentes parties prenantes : clients, direction, fournisseurs, sous-traitants et équipes internes.
Supervision technique et optimisation des chantiers
-Visualiser et analyser les chantiers avant le début des travaux.
-Vérifier et valider les documents contractuels et techniques.
-Organiser et planifier les livraisons, stockages et installations en collaboration avec le contremaître.
-Optimiser l’organisation du chantier en matière de sécurité, qualité, environnement, rentabilité et délais.
Contrôle et conformité
-Assurer la mise en œuvre et le respect des normes de construction et réglementations en vigueur (ex. : Code de construction du Québec).
-Suivre et intégrer les spécificités du système du client.
-Faire vivre et appliquer le système ISO de l’entreprise.
-Effectuer le suivi des réceptions de matériaux et des bons de livraison.
Gestion des ressources et suivi client
-Suivre et assurer la satisfaction du client tout au long du projet.
-Sélectionner et valider le personnel affecté au projet, en collaboration avec le contremaître.
-Assurer le recrutement des ressources nécessaires au bon déroulement du chantier.
-Effectuer l’analyse et la rédaction du rapport post-mortem des projets.
Le match parfait :
–Diplôme en gestion de la construction, ingénierie, architecture ou administration des affaires (spécialisation construction).
-Expérience significative en gestion de projets de construction.
-Certification OIQ ou PMP.
-Excellente connaissance des réglementations et normes de construction au Québec.
-Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de projet et outils techniques (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, etc.).
-Formation en santé et sécurité au travail (ex. : CNESST) appréciée.
-Compétences en gestion budgétaire, planification et supervision d’équipes.
-Rigueur, autonomie et fortes habiletés en communication et leadership.
-Capacité à travailler sous pression avec rigueur et précision
-Proactif(ve) organisé(e) et excellent(e) communicant(e)
Senior Project Manager
What you’ll do on a daily basis:
Project Management and Coordination

Plan, organize, and oversee all phases of construction projects
-
Establish timelines, ensure adherence, and adjust as needed
-
Monitor forecasted budgets and optimize project costs
-
Coordinate between various stakeholders: clients, management, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Technical Supervision and Site Optimization
-
Visualize and analyze job sites before work begins
-
Review and validate contractual and technical documents
-
Organize and plan deliveries, storage, and installations in collaboration with the site foreman
-
Optimize site organization in terms of safety, quality, environment, profitability, and timelines
Control and Compliance
-
Ensure implementation and compliance with current construction standards and regulations (e.g., Quebec Construction Code)
-
Monitor and integrate client-specific system requirements
-
Promote and apply the company’s ISO system
-
Track material deliveries and delivery slips
Resource Management and Client Follow-Up

Monitor and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project

Select and validate personnel assigned to the project, in collaboration with the site foreman
-
Recruit the necessary resources to ensure smooth project execution
-
Conduct analysis and prepare post-mortem project reports
The Perfect Match:
-
Degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or business administration (construction specialization)
-
Significant experience in construction project management
-
OIQ or PMP certification
-
Excellent knowledge of construction regulations and standards in Quebec
-
Proficient in project management software and technical tools (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, etc.)
-
Occupational health and safety training (e.g., CNESST) appreciated
-
Skills in budget management, planning, and team supervision
-
Precision, autonomy, and strong communication and leadership skills
-
Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and thoroughness
-
Proactive, organized, and an excellent communicator
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$120,000 and CA$160,000
