Construction Administrator
Location: Tiverton, ON
Duration: 6 months (Onsite)
Summary of the Role:
Reporting to the Construction manager, the Construction Administrator will provide day-to-day administrative support, ensuring the accurate management and validation of timesheets for a large workforce. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Populate timesheets for over 150 workers.
- Obtain, organize and communicate daily construction attendance.
- Create and submit timesheet exception forms as needed.
- Track worked hours against various project timecodes.
- Track and communicate other project data as required.
Key Requirements, Experience, and Skills:
- Bruce Power security clearance.
- Strong administrative background with experience in managing workforce documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other relevant systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$25.00 and CA$30.00
