Job Title: Construction Materials Test Technician x3
Location: Cedar Creek, TX (On site)
Estimated Duration: 6 Months
General Description: As a Technician you will assist in the performance of routine construction monitoring, field and/or laboratory tests. You will prepare and transport samples and reports, and perform non-technical functions and office tasks under close supervision of higher level technicians or supervisors.
Essential Tasks
Assist with sampling or testing of soils, concrete, asphalt and other materials as directed.
Support field and/or laboratory personnel as needed to complete tasks.
Transports equipment, specimens or documents to field personnel, laboratory, clients or other offices, and provides physical assistance in equipment set-up.
Responsible for maintaining a clean work area.
Assists other technicians or professional staff on routine tasks.

Support our client's quality policies and procedures; maintain the quality of your work and the quality of our client in the highest regard with each task you perform.
Adhere to our client's safety policies and procedures and encourage the improvement of these policies by your participation in near miss and safety audit programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to lift 10 – 60 lbs. and work outside for extended periods of time
This is a HEAVY CIVIL CONSTRUCTION JOB – must be okay working construction and have inclination and basic construction know-how
Capacity to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a drug and background check
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be willing to work weekends as needed
