Position Details
Your main duty will be working with general contractors and end users to price and manage tile projects. You will be working with many different departments within the firm to help support running these projects. Work experience in commercial construction dealing with multi-family is strongly preferred. The ability to read and understand construction documents.

Highly Organized– This person will be juggling many jobs and tasks at one time with things changing by the hour. This person must be able to prioritize and manage their day to be efficient.
Detail Oriented– We bid carpet, resilient, engineered wood, ceramic tile and solid surface counter tops, so there are a lot of details that you’ll need to be on the lookout for. Previous construction experience can help with reading plans and documents.
Great Communicator – This person will be working with many different parts of our organization to make their jobs successful. This person will need to plan and communicate with our team members many times a day.

The Project Manager provides project-level support at all stages of the project life cycle, as well as assistance with administrative systems of the office. The Project Manager acts as the client-facing company representative in the absence of a Partner and communicates information regarding estimates, bids, budget adjustments, take-offs and schedules.
Skills to be successful at this job:
  • 5+ years as a PM
  • Bluebeam or Procore  (or similar) experience
  • P6 or Microsoft project  (or similar) experience
  • Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
  • 3+ years Multifam project experience
  • Competency in the construction or architecture fields
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulation, and standards in Texas are a plus
  • Specific experience in Austin, Dallas or Houston

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $50.00 and $65.00
