We are looking for an experienced Construction Support Specialist to join our U.S. Construction Management & Inspection team. This role supports capital projects by coordinating resources, managing training and compliance, assisting with vendor oversight, and supporting the implementation of digital tools and project systems. This is a hybrid role involving both office tasks and field work.
Key Responsibilities:

Follow all safety and environmental regulations at all times.

Promote teamwork, trust, accountability, and high performance.

Assist with the rollout, training, and ongoing support for the 4D Tool used in project planning and execution.

Provide on-site coaching and mentoring to project staff.

Maintain Learning Management System (LMS) records and ensure training compliance.

Help coordinate vendor surveillance resources in partnership with the supply chain team.

Support internal teams with inspection and construction resource planning.

Assist the commissioning team with resource and logistics support.

Help review and verify project documentation and data.

Work independently on virtual assignments when needed.

Be a strong contributor to a high-profile, cross-functional project team.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

2–5 years of in-field natural gas construction experience.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formatting and formulas).

Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Industry experience or equivalent Military MOS background.

Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Associate degree or technical/business-related education.
-
Industry certifications such as API, AWS, AMPP, etc.

Background in natural gas engineering design or construction quality.

Familiarity with construction tablets and digital field tools.

Strong understanding of PHMSA 192/195 regulations.

Experience with compliance in natural gas construction.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $30.00 and $33.00
