CONTROLEUR DE PROJETS
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Contrôleur de projets pour notre équipe de Montréal.
• Équipe de soutien aux services et à la livraison : planification, délais, gestion ou support du traitement des factures et notes de crédit
• Reçoit les priorités des clients/GL et s’assure que la planification est alignée sur les priorités.
• Communique régulièrement avec les clients et le personnel clé (interne et externe au service client) pour obtenir des informations essentielles afin de répondre aux exigences et aux besoins du client
• Soutien à la correction des codes de charge
• Initialisation du projet
• Effectuer des tâches administratives et de la paperasse connexe.
• Effectuer des analyses financières mensuelles et soutenir les cycles d’examen de projet.
• Mettre à jour les informations dans les bases de données selon le plan/plan révisé
• Participe à des projets spéciaux liés aux initiatives d’amélioration et les soutient.
Qualifications
• Licence en administration ou finance avec 2 à 5 ans d’expérience
• Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
• Expérience minimale dans un bureau de gestion de projet.
Compétences
• Bonnes compétences organisationnelles.
• Bonnes relations interpersonnelles, bonne diplomatie.
• Bonnes compétences de communication (à l’écrit et à l’oral)
• Bilingue français et anglais
• Capacité à gérer son temps avec plusieurs projets et des délais serrés.
• Autonomie, capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et rapide avec un minimum d’encadrement et de supervision.
PROJECT CONTROLLER

• Support team on Services and Delivery: planning, deadlines, manages and/or supports the processing of invoices and credit memos
• Receives, from Customers/GL priorities and ensures planning is aligned with priorities.
• Communicates regularly with customers and key personnel (internal and external to customer service) to obtain critical information to support customer requirements and needs
• Supporting with correction of charge codes
• Perform project initialization
• Perform administrative duties and associated paperwork.
• Perform monthly financial analysis and support project review cycles.
• Update information in databases according to the plan/revised plan
• Participates and supports special projects related to improvement initiatives..
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in administration or finance with 2 to 5 years of experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum experience in a Project Management Office.
Skills
• Good organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, diplomatic.
• Good communication skills (written and spoken)
• Bilingual French and English
• Ability to manage one’s time with multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Autonomous, ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimum guidance and supervision.
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$25.00 and CA$33.00
