Job Title: Cyber Service Lead

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
    
Estimated Duration: 6 Months

The Cyber Service Lead (CSL) will support the CISO division as an individual contributor in the delivery of client relationship management services to other divisions requesting cyber services. The CSL will assist with the planning and execution of cyber intake requests.
 

Duties
  • Stakeholder Management; single point of contact from CISO division for a portfolio of clients; building strong relationships and managing client expectations and escalations.
  • Manages cyber intake requests for client portfolios, gather information and coordinate with other areas in the CISO division, communicate risks to the client and follow up to ensure remediation plans are developed.
  • Prepares cyber risk management reports, briefing notes, and presentations as required, leveraging cyber risk subject matter expertise.
  • Supports service management process enhancements. Takes a proactive approach to identify gaps and opportunities to improvement.
  • Maintains an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of cyber security, emerging threats, trends and associated techniques and technologies as well as business drivers and opportunities.
  • Meets defined SLAs and supports metric reporting.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Extensive (over 5 years) in Information Security and program delivery in cyber.
  • Extensive experience with stakeholder management and client relations.
  • Strong IT knowledge and cyber relevance with cyber threats, trends and technologies.
  • Experience with JIRA is an asset.
  • Strong in process management and controls to minimize risks exposure.
  • Ability to achieve business objectives through influencing and effectively working with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead efficient communication between all project stakeholders, including internal teams and clients.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, confident communicating at all levels including business partners, leadership, and vendors.
  • Self-motivated team player with keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills who takes initiative and can work independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities with proven time management skills.
  • Tenacious and willing to support the team during peak volumes and workloads with various activities.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and strategic planning skills.
  • Preferred Certifications (any in the list):  CISSP, CISM or CISA is an asset.

  • Cyber Service Lead for a portfolio of clients
  • Manages cyber intake requests for client portfolio in Jira; gather information and coordinate with other areas in the Office of the CISO, communicate risks to the client and follow up to ensure remediation plans are developed.
  • Develop risk treatment plans and other cyber artefacts based on cyber assessment, and present to clients.
  • Other deliverables as directed by management

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$85.00 and CA$90.00
