Job Title: Data Entry II
Location: Markham, ON (Hybrid)
Estimated Duration: 4 Months

Job Description

  • Officer is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Escalate processing issues where necessary to ensure a high level of service is maintained.
  • Follow firm and industry regulations and operating practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Prioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA (Service Level Agreement) requirements and availability for Overtime as required.
  • Flexibility and availability towards team to manage seasonal volumes.

Job Requirement:

  • Solid computer skills are required.
  • The successful candidate must be able to work well independently and as a part of a team.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills in order to successfully manage volumes and work efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are essential.
  • Must be accurate, resourceful and have a willingness to learn.
  • The successful candidate must be an enthusiastic individual who demonstrates the ability to work in a high volume, fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Education/Experience:

  • Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test (May be required).

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

  • 2 years of Transaction Processing experience
  • Strong computer skills – particularly with MS Office, Excel
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Very accurate in detail
  • should be able to pivot and adjust according – be able to jump to other departments when needed

Nice to haves

  • Previous banking or Financial Industry experience
  • Knowledge of/experience with CRS or FATCA, CSE, AML

 

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$16.00 and CA$20.00
