Don’t need development experience but working with microservices from a delivery standpoint
In the past got candidates who had more program level soft skills, here looking for someone more open to learning with new cloud technologies, takes ownership and is very proactive with communication; can’t afford a person who sits back and waits to book meetings, needs someone who jumps in, they need to be able to connect with key stakeholders and make it happen with minimal hand holding ; need to ensure partner teams deliver as per planned dates, this DM may need to put together an integrated plan to present to stakeholders, need hands-on delivery experience by working closely with QA BA BSA Developers but also maturity to negotiate and coordinate with partner teams and handle stakeholder communications in a timely manner
