Delivery Program Manager, Infrastructure
The Delivery Program Manager plays an important role in orchestrating the successful delivery of multiple squads that collectively contribute to the organization's strategic objectives. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and delivery management skills to drive collaboration and ensure the program's overall success. This individual will support a portfolio of work in the infrastructure space, across networking, compute, and storage.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive program plan that defines the program's objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
- Identify and engage stakeholders, including executives, Business sponsors, and team members. Maintain regular communication to manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure buy-in for program initiative
- Establish program governance structures, including steering committees or advisory boards, to provide oversight and guidance
- Coordinate and allocate resources across multiple squads within the program
- Identify and assess program risks
- Monitor the progress of squad delivery within the program, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones
- Oversee the management of changes in program scope, schedule, and budget
- Facilitate the closure of the program upon successful completion
- Training and guidance (Establish guidelines) to the team members across squads to establish consistency
Skills:
- Experience delivering complex infrastructure programs.
- Financial management: Budgeting, Forecasting, Accruals and Invoice Management, Variance Analysis
- Scope Management: Establishing outcomes, MVP, epics, stories, releases and milestones
- Resource Management: Building and managing resource plans to deliver on defined scope leveraging FTE and partner resources
- Risk Management: Anticipating, identifying, capturing risks; driving plans to mitigate impacts to scope, timeline, budget; escalating and communicating
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies including SAFe

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$81,000 and CA$125,000
