Accountabilities:
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering and design activities, including managing consultants, contractors, and Owner’s Engineer contracts, while supporting procurement processes.
- Oversee the development, review, and quality assurance of design deliverables (plans, drawings, methodologies, schedules), implementing and maintaining robust QA/QC processes.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage the engineering and design workstream, including assigning work, monitoring progress, managing changes, and guiding corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement management plans, tools, and processes to support design delivery, permitting initiatives, performance measurement, and tracking of budgets and schedules.
- Provide leadership and coordination across project teams, managing scope, financial resources, and technical information flow, and aligning deliverables with overall program and organizational objectives.
Preferred Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (Engineering or Architecture)
- Professional Engineering Designation
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$100.00 and CA$150.00
