AI Developer (Consultant)

Tundra est à la recherche de deux Développeurs IA (Consultants) pour soutenir l’un de ses partenaires dans le développement et le déploiement de solutions d’intelligence artificielle au sein d’une équipe dédiée à l’AI for Productivity.

Vous intégrerez un environnement technologique mature, orienté livraison, où l’objectif est de concevoir, développer et mettre en production des solutions d’IA concrètes utilisées par les équipes internes.

Ce rôle s’adresse à des développeurs possédant une solide base en développement logiciel ainsi qu’une expérience pratique en IA générative, notamment dans l’intégration de solutions intelligentes et la création d’agents.

Responsabilités

  • Concevoir, développer et maintenir des solutions intégrant de l’IA générative
  • Participer à la conception et à l’implémentation d’agents (agents conversationnels, agents orientés tâches, orchestrations)
  • Intégrer des capacités AI au sein de systèmes existants (APIs, services applicatifs)
  • Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour livrer des solutions à fort impact
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques de développement et de livraison
  • Assurer la qualité, la performance et la maintenabilité du code

Profil recherché

  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en développement logiciel
  • Expérience concrète dans le développement de solutions intégrant de l’IA générative (en production)
  • Maîtrise d’au moins un langage moderne (Python, TypeScript, Java ou équivalent)
  • Expérience ou forte compréhension de la conception et de l’implémentation d’agents AI
  • Capacité à travailler avec des APIs et des systèmes existants
  • Approche pragmatique, orientée livraison et qualité
  • Forte capacité de collaboration et autonomie

Atouts

  • Expérience avec des outils d’AI-assisted development (ex. Copilot, Claude, etc.)
  • Expérience en environnement cloud et pratiques CI/CD
  • Connaissance des architectures orientées services ou microservices
  • Capacité à contribuer à la structuration technique (bonnes pratiques, patterns, mentorat)

Conditions

  • Mandat contractuel
  • 35 heures par semaine
  • Présence au bureau requise 2 jours par semaine
  • Environnement : AI Software Engineering – Data Lab
  • Poste ouvert principalement aux candidats basés au Québec et en Ontario

AI Developer (Consultant)

Tundra is looking for two AI Developers (Consultants) to support one of its partners in the development and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions within a team dedicated to AI for Productivity.

You will join a mature, delivery-focused technology environment where the objective is to design, develop, and deploy concrete AI solutions used by internal teams.

This role is intended for developers with a strong software development foundation and hands-on experience in generative AI, particularly in integrating intelligent solutions and building agents.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions integrating generative AI
  • Participate in the design and implementation of agents (conversational agents, task-oriented agents, orchestrations)
  • Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems (APIs, application services)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and delivery practices
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability

Profile Sought

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
  • Hands-on experience developing solutions integrating generative AI (in production)
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, TypeScript, Java, or equivalent)
  • Experience or strong understanding of designing and implementing AI agents
  • Ability to work with APIs and existing systems
  • Pragmatic, delivery- and quality-oriented mindset
  • Strong collaboration skills and autonomy

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, etc.)
  • Experience with cloud environments and CI/CD practices
  • Knowledge of service-oriented or microservices architectures
  • Ability to contribute to technical structuring (best practices, patterns, mentoring)
