Position Overview

Tundra Technical is seeking a highly technical Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Specialist with deep WalkMe experience to support application development and digital adoption initiatives. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong software development background who enjoys working on the technical side of WalkMe rather than instructional design.

The DAP Specialist will work closely with application development teams to integrate WalkMe into modern applications, support API-driven workflows, and help enable AI-driven adoption strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain WalkMe content in production environments

  • Customize WalkMe using JavaScript and front-end development techniques

  • Integrate WalkMe with applications and platforms using APIs

  • Partner with application development teams to support new feature rollouts

  • Troubleshoot and resolve WalkMe-related issues in live environments

  • Support short-term and long-term digital adoption projects

  • Contribute to AI-enabled workflows and automation where applicable

  • Ensure WalkMe solutions align with business and technical requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of hands-on WalkMe (DAP) experience in production environments

  • Strong JavaScript experience

  • Front-end development background (React, Angular, Vue, or similar frameworks)

  • Experience working with APIs and system integrations

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Strong communication skills and professional presence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Full-stack development experience

  • Exposure to AI tools or prompt engineering

  • Experience enabling digital adoption in complex applications

  • Background supporting client-facing or cross-functional technical teams

Soft Skills

  • Highly accountable and self-directed

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, low-bureaucracy environments

  • Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $60.00 and $72.00
