Job Title: Digital Analyst (Web Producer)
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Estimated Duration: 6 Months
The role is for web production (content posting to the web) – not developer
As a Web Producer you will be responsible for publishing and maintaining engaging digital content. The role involves collaborating with members of the marketing team and peers across the business, including legal, human resources, product, and operations to help facilitate the delivery of quality, error-free communications.
Responsibilities:
• Using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to support our corporate websites, ensuring mobile-friendly and accessible web pages
• Writing HTML and CSS to maintain our intranet sites and ensuring that information is of high quality and updated in a timely manner
• Providing internal support and expertise to content creators to ensure that stakeholders are following web best practices
• Working with partners to help scope and plan projects
Requirements:
• 2+ year of experience working in Customer, Client, or Production services
• Experience with using CMS and/or other web builders
• Knowledge of and the ability to code HTML5 and CSS3; JavaScript/jQuery is considered a strong asset
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships and relationships
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation)
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive and proactive attitude with process optimization in mind
• Adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges
• Knowledge of tools and technologies (e.g. SharePoint, Office 365, Workfront)
• Experience with email development and Salesforce an asset
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$19.00 and CA$23.00
