What you’ll do

  • Accountable for the Product backlog; define, create and prioritize backlog items (epics/features/user stories) and proactively address issues.
  • Clearly communicate the product vision and communicate ‘the story’ effectively to key stakeholders
  • Research competitive landscape to identify new solutions or improve existing customer experiences.
  • Incorporate Accessibility requirements into user stories, conduct pre-launch and ongoing assessments to ensure web content adheres to mandated standards
  • Clearly communicate issues, ideas and concepts (verbally and written) between business and technical parties.
  • Work creatively with stakeholders to address areas of concern without diminishing the user experience
  • Manage approvals required to deliver projects including Compliance, Legal, Operations and Customer Service
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Business Stakeholders and IT Partners to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Investigate customer issues/points of friction, propose and gain alignment for solution, oversee remediation plan
  • Oversee all projects through to deployment
  • Track NPS, monitor CTB digital performance and benchmark against competitors to identify strengths and opportunities
  • Provide team with updates on digital landscape and new opportunities

 
 
What you bring

  • University graduate, degree in business or marketing preferred
  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Product Management/Marketing experience in the credit card or digital banking industry is an asset
  • Solid understanding of digital banking platforms, FinTech solutions, mobile/web banking apps
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies preferably in SAFe
  • Experience using JIRA and Confluence
  • A drive for continuous learning, and developing innovative user experiences
  • Experience working with wireframes and a strong understanding of UX
  • Highly organized and action oriented. You can recognize and keep track of all the moving pieces, adjusting to new information, goals and conflicting priorities.
  • An excellent communicator, with the ability to engage, influence, inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • Ability to think and problem solve creatively to address business challenges
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize accountabilities to meet business objectives
  • Ability to work on complex projects with a diverse team of people

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$53,000 and CA$75,000
