Job Summary:
The Digital Strategy
& Execution Manager will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and growth within the bank. They will lead the development of the product roadmap for web and mobile to drive customer satisfaction, competitiveness, and achieve business objectives. They will oversee and refine processes that guide the creation and delivery of the product backlog to ensure timely and efficient implementation of all deliverables. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay Updated: Research and keep abreast of the latest digital trends and technologies.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement for digital products.
  • Business Case Development: Create robust business cases to justify investments in digital projects, including cost-benefit analyses and ROI calculations.
  • Strategy Development: Create compelling digital strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Roadmap Creation: Build detailed roadmaps outlining the steps, timelines, and resource requirements for digital initiatives.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver effective written and verbal communications to cross-functional stakeholders, leadership team and external partners.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer research and analytics, customer service, finance, IT, legal and compliance, to ensure proposed digital strategies are impactful and achievable
  • Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional team through the project prioritization and execution process to ensure adherence to key processes and milestones, guide timely identification and resolution of issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Assess and refine processes to eliminate friction points and drive efficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in related field (preference for prior product management experience)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing digital strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$50.00 and CA$70.00
