Principal Duties and Responsibilities

35% | Enterprise Portfolio Oversight – Manage the enterprise investment portfolio across capital and operating expense projects. Track, analyze, and report on portfolio health, benefits, and investment alignment with strategic objectives. |
25% | Financial Management & Reconciliation – Partner with Finance and Accounting to reconcile portfolio financials monthly, quarterly, and annually. Monitor variances against approved budgets, ensuring transparency and accountability for capital and expense investments. |
20% | Executive & AO Reporting – Prepare and present monthly portfolio reviews to the Acceleration Office (AO) and senior leadership. Provide key portfolio-level reporting, including business case tracking, variance analysis, and benefits realization. |
15% | Company-wide Reporting & Communications – Develop and deliver portfolio reporting that can be easily understood across all levels of the company. Provide health reports, progress updates, and performance summaries that demonstrate overall portfolio value. |
5% | Annual Planning & Execution – Lead yearly planning activities for the enterprise portfolio, including demand intake, prioritization, resource alignment, and investment forecasting. Ensure portfolio execution aligns with strategic and financial plans. |

The Director, Portfolio Management is responsible for overseeing the enterprise portfolio of projects and investments, ensuring financial accuracy, effective governance, and transparent reporting. Accountable for producing portfolio insights that guide executive decision-making, enable resource optimization, and communicate project progress and health across the company. |

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$140,000 and CA$170,000
