What can you expect from this position?
Reporting to the Executive Director, Digital Products & Technology, the Director, Technology Delivery provides enterprise-wide engineering leadership that turns product strategy into reliable, secure, cloud-first digital solutions. You will lead teams that will define, integrate and deliver products across Airport Operations, Digital Experience, Commercial and Enterprise applications. You will also set and govern delivery standards across solution architecture, integration, quality engineering, and operational readiness, ensuring solutions are built the right way and run with high availability and observability. Partnering closely with Product Management and internal technology leaders, you will steer multi-vendor delivery to measurable outcomes and resilient operations.
As an Executive Director, Product Management, you will:
- Own the enterprise delivery framework, including standards, patterns, and quality gates for digital products.
- Translate multi-year product roadmaps into actionable delivery blueprints and measurable engineering outcomes.
- Establish KPIs and OKRs for delivery health and product reliability, lead performance reviews and course corrections.
- Set direction for API-first, event-driven, and modular architectures; ensure secure integration with platforms and enterprise systems.
- Chair design reviews and approve non-functional requirements such as scalability, resilience, and privacy.
- Guide adoption of cloud-native services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and platform engineering standards.
- Govern test strategy, automation, release readiness, and change control, champion observability and incident response.
- Lead technical engagement with development and operations partners; hold vendors accountable to SLAs and performance.
- Align delivery plans, scopes, and budgets across multiple vendors and partners.
- Lead and inspire a team of senior technology leaders, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and development.
This is the role for you, if you have:
- 8+ years in technology delivery, architecture, or engineering management in complex environments
- 7+ years of people leadership, including multi-vendor programs
- Expert knowledge of distributed systems, integrations, APIs/microservices, and cloud-native architecture
- Advanced knowledge of DevSecOps, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), infrastructure as code (IaC), advanced observability and site reliability engineering (SRE), and zero-trust security frameworks
- Strong financial stewardship, vendor governance, and executive communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance at the designated level for the position

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$139,920 and CA$174,900
