Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and compile data for FERC, USACE, and USFWS permit applications, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to regulatory agencies.
  • Prepare and submit permits for FERC, USACE, and USFWS, leveraging past experience with these processes.
  • Create and maintain training materials for General Contractors, Project Managers, and internal team members.
  • Manage ad hoc tasks, including updating training materials, streamlining permitting processes, and collaborating with Environmental Advisors.
  • Develop and communicate clear guidelines to general contractors on project requirements.
  • Oversee general file and documentation management.

Criteria & Qualifications:

  • Professional experience with NEPA regulations.
  • Extensive background in Oil and Gas or linear permitting (highway/electrical transmission).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in database management and strong computer skills.
  • Experience in permitting major infrastructure projects, such as pipelines, compressor stations, or transmission lines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow independently.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend solutions effectively.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to influence and collaborate with others.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $60.00 and $70.00
