Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will support financial management, invoice auditing, vendor management, and metrics reporting through scorecards and dashboards..
What you’ll do:

  • Manage General Mailbox: Oversee and manage the general mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Invoice Management: Receive invoices from partners and vendors for products and services, seek timely approvals, and submit them for processing.
  • Vendor Management: Work closely with vendors to respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Month-End Assistance: Assist with month-end tasks such as accruals, variance reports, financial reviews and other financial activities.
  • Metrics Management: Create and maintain status reporting through scorecards and dashboards as necessary.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$80.00 and CA$53,000
