Role: HR Administrator
Expected 12 Month contract
Location: Etobicoke/Airport (Hybrid)

This role supports the day-to-day administration and data entry duties to support the HR Systems team.

Key accountabilities:

  • Update and maintain employee changes in the HRIS system
  • Enter and maintain accurate information, validate data and support with audit
  • Create and maintain employee electronic and paper files – Scan and upload paper files to employee e-records
  • Manage the MyHR Inbox, triaging emails and responding to employee questions within 2 business days
  • Perform general administrative support for the team

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree or a combination of education and relevant experience
  • Minimum of one years’ experience in an HR department
  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, & Excel). UKG Experience would be an asset.

KSA:

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook?
  • Ability to maintain strict standards of confidentiality in handling sensitive company and employee information.
  • Working knowledge of standard HR areas including, compensation, benefits, pension and HRIS systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute duties.?
  • Strong written and verbal communicator with a customer centric approach
  • Efficient time management skills to organize and manage multiple tasks?

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$25.00 and CA$26.00
