Summary: The main function of a Facilities Technician is to provide general maintenance support for the assigned buildings. Job Responsibilities: ï Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. ï Troubleshoot power, HVAC system and controls, and mechanical systems. ï Maintain general & preventative maintenance, carpentry, plumbing systems, and vendor management. ï Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed.   Skills: ï Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. ï Basic ability to work independently and manage oneís time. ï Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance. Education/Experience: ï High school diploma or GED required. ï 2-4 years experience required.
 

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $20.00 and $24.00
