EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT
• Maintaining and repairing air handling units, exhaust fans, fume hoods, fan coil
units, reheat coils, and other associated mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshooting customer service calls for temperature comfort inside our
buildings.
• Maintaining accuracy of system documentation and limited support of new
installation projects may be required.
• Complete Hazard Assessments as necessary
CUSTOMER SERVICE

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Vocation degree program with technical courses related to the field, preferred
• Minimum 3 years field experience with trade school training – or 6 years total
field experience.
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
• HVAC license
• EPA certification
• Driver license
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good general computer skills with knowledge in E-mail, Internet,
• Microsoft Word is a plus for this position.
• Ability to effectively use computers and computer programs (including use of
Microsoft Office Suite)
• Skill in use of the internet to navigate to and use web based applications.
• Ability to use handheld electronic devices (PDA, Blackberry, cell phone, etc.)
• Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the
meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT | PHYSICAL CONDITIONS
• Work will be campus-based.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, sit, kneel, squat, stand, reach, climb ladders and lay as required to
access equipment components for extended periods of time.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $28.00 and $35.00
