Location: Montreal, Quebec (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
Contract Duration: April 20, 2026 – December 31, 2026

About the Role

Tundra Technical Solutions is looking for an IAM Senior Project Manager to support a major enterprise client within their CISO Identity & Access Management (IAM) organization.

You will lead complex, large-scale transformation initiatives from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery (scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality)
  • Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business strategy
  • Manage multiple projects and interdependencies
  • Track budgets, risks, and performance
  • Communicate with executives and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance and implement best practices

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

  • Strong experience as a Senior Project Manager in IAM environments
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and Segregation of Duties (SoD)
  • Experience managing complex enterprise transformation projects
  • Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Program management experience
  • Experience in security or CISO environments

Tundra Technical Solutions est à la recherche d’un Gestionnaire de projet senior IAM pour soutenir un client d’envergure au sein de son équipe CISO – Identity & Access Management (IAM).

Vous serez responsable de piloter des initiatives transformationnelles complexes, de l’initiation jusqu’à la livraison, en assurant l’alignement avec les objectifs d’affaires, les exigences de conformité et les meilleures pratiques de l’industrie.

Responsabilités principales

  • Gérer la livraison complète des projets (portée, échéancier, budget, risques, qualité)
  • Définir les objectifs, livrables et la portée des programmes
  • Superviser plusieurs projets et leurs interdépendances
  • Assurer le suivi des budgets, risques et performance
  • Communiquer avec les parties prenantes et la direction
  • Assurer la conformité et l’application des meilleures pratiques

Exigences (Must-Have)

  • Expérience solide en gestion de projet senior en environnement IAM
  • Excellente connaissance de SAP et du Segregation of Duties (SoD)
  • Expérience sur des projets transformationnels complexes en entreprise
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication avec des parties prenantes senior

Atouts

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$95.00 and CA$105.00
