| The key activities / deliverables within the scope of this project include: – Define the specific list of business analysis deliverables that covers the scope of the project, identifying the stakeholders who will be part of the creation and validation of each deliverable with Project Manager. – Estimate and plan work independently with key stakeholder and project team. – Drive and prepare for elicitation, documentation, and prioritizing business and technical requirements with key stakeholders, using future state processes. – Drive strong stakeholder engagement with relationship building with large stakeholder groups – Work closely with functional analysts and SME for protoyping, translating business processes into requirements with use cases. – Significant experience with creating use cases to support requirements and testing. – Work with the Snr Business Analyst and Integration lead to ensure alignment to business rules and requirements. – Documenting and/or updating current state business processes and Standard Operating Procedures (manual and system) for administration, departments and faculties – Complete current and future state time in motion studies on core business process activities to determine measurable benefits. – Evaluate and recommend a new organizational structure to align with the future state process, workload assessment, standardizing processes and reviewing impacted stakeholders w/ OCM Lead. – Partner with key stakeholders to document business problems and identify process improvements that will create capacity and economies of scale – Build out future state operational processes and standard operating procedures for administration, departments and faculties. – Act as the liaison between business and technology staff, providing the business perspective in the analysis and design of future state solutions – Assess stakeholder impacts brought about by changes or new business processes, inclusive of those on shadow systems outside of the Tribal SITS:eVision – Trace and validate requirements with appropriate stakeholders to ensure accuracy of documentation, obtaining necessary sign-off from business owner. – Ensure process related issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. – Creation of sustainment measuring and metrics, to ensure processes are working as intended or changes are documented for future implementation The Snr Business Analyst will be accountable and report into to the Project Manager for all work and deliverables assigned. |
The ideal candidate will stand out with:
| Extensive senior business process analysis related to complex cloud based enterprise solution implementations Experience working in a post secondary or public sector environment working on project of similar size and scale. Experience driving or particpating in large change and transformation efforts, business optimzation initatives, assessments and reviews Independent workshop preparation and facilitation experience. Experience implementing and/or managing solutions that support student admissions, preferably admissions Experience working with multiple business, technical and vendor teams |
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$60.00 and CA$90.00
