Position Overview:
Our Client is looks to bring in another member of the Facilities Team in Houston, TX, as they expand to meet the needs of our growing business. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of tasks, including budget analysis, project cost allocation, purchase requisitioning, and invoice management. You’ll also manage facility databases, oversee security badging, and update floor plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize SAP for purchase orders, invoices, and project tracking.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets to support budget analysis and reporting.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, timesheets, expense entries, and database updates.
- Collaborate with employees, contractors, and vendors for security and financial support.
- Back up security access and badging activities for team members.
- Maintain employee records, assign security access, and handle confidential matters.
- Use AutoCAD to update and manage floor plans for various locations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (minimum).
- 2-5 years of related experience, strong skills in Excel, MS Word, and SAP.
- Experience with Planon, Genetec, and AutoCAD (preferred).
- Detail-oriented, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver excellent customer service.
