Overview:
Seeking a Sourcing Specialist to lead strategic procurement for TIS commodities and services, focusing on high-value, multi-year contracts. The role aims to secure quality, cost-effective solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute TIS sourcing strategies that support both immediate and long-term enterprise goals.
  • Market Insight: Leverage industry knowledge to drive sourcing strategies for IT services and products.
  • Complex Sourcing: Conduct advanced sourcing processes with benchmarking, risk assessment, and cost analysis.
  • Performance Management: Track supplier performance, emphasizing cost savings, lifecycle value, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Foster strong relationships with internal teams and key suppliers for effective partnership.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field; 4-7 years of strategic sourcing experience, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills; proactive and adaptable with a collaborative mindset.
